º Los viáticos a que tienen derecho los funcionarios y empleados del Ministerio del Trabajo que cumplan comisiones oficiales fuera del lugar de su residencia o de donde se encuentren radicados, serán fijados mediante resoluciones del Ministro, así: Para el Secretario General y los Jefes de Departamento, hasta veinticinco pesos ($ 25.) diarios; Para los Jefes de Sección, hasta veinte pesos ($ 20) diarios: Para los Inspectores del Trabajo, hasta quince pesos ($ 15) diarios; Para los demás funcionarios y empleados, hasta doce pesos ($ 12) diarios.
