DEROGACIONES EXPRESAS . Deróganse los artículos 346 a 395 del título 20 del Libro 1 del Código Civil, la Ley 92 de 1938, los Decretos 1003 de 1939, 160 y 1135 de 1940 y el capítulo I, artículos 1° a 13 del Decreto 398 de 1969, así como las demás disposiciones relacionadas con el registro del estado civil de las personas, que resulten contrarias a este ordenamiento.
