El tiempo de servicio para el personal técnico se liquidará desde su ingreso a las filas del Ejército como soldado, o desde que empezó a prestar sus servicio; en cualquiera de las dependencias del ramo de Guerra y Correos y Telégrafos para los Radio-operadores.
