Article 25

Cuando Por Necesidad Del Servicio Sea Necesario Aplazar Vacaciones De Un Docente, El Rector O En Quien Se Delegue Dicha Facultad, Expedirá Una Resolución Motivada Y Se Dejará Constancia En La Hoja De Vida Del Docente

Cuando por necesidad del servicio sea necesario aplazar vacaciones de un docente, el Rector o en quien se delegue dicha facultad, expedirá una resolución motivada y se dejará constancia en la hoja de vida del docente.

Parágrafo

I . Cuando un docente no hiciere uso de las vacaciones colectivas, no tendrá derecho a ningún reconocimiento posterior de ellas en dinero, salvo las excepciones previstas en el Decreto - ley 1045 de 1978.

Parágrafo

II. El otorgamiento de las vacaciones aplazadas se hará igualmente mediante resolución del Rector o en quien se delegue dicha facultad a solicitud del docente y previo concepto favorable del respectivo decano de facultad, director de departamento, centro o instituto, según el caso.
