Modificase elartículo 508-2 del estatuto tributario, el cual queda así:
"Artículo 508-2. Paso de régimen simplificado a régimen común . Cuando los ingresos brutos de un responsable de impuesto sobre las ventas perteneciente al régimen simplificado, en lo corrido del respectivo año gravable superen los topes a que se refieren los artículos 499 y 499-1, el responsable pasará a ser parte del régimen común a partir de la iniciación del período siguiente".
