Corresponde al Jurado Electoral verificar el escrutinio de los votos emitidos ante los Jurados de Votación, y remitr al Presidente del Consejo Escrutador del Distrito Electoral respectivo todos los antecedentes y documentos que se hayan tenido presentes, bajo cubierta. firmada por todos los miembros del Jurado.

De los registros se formarán tres ejemplares: uno para el Presidente del Consejo Escrutador correspondiente; otro para el Gobernador del Departamento respectivo y el tercero para el Juez de Escrutinios
