La Comandancia en Jefe, la Jefatura militar del Distrito Capital, la Comandancia general del Gendarmería y la Dirección general de la Policía <nacional enviarán al Ministerio de Guerra diariamente, á las nueve de la mañana, un parte por escrito, que será entregado al Oficial Mayor, y este empleado formará el parte general, ya sea verbal ó por escrito, y lo transmitirá al Subsecretario del Ministerio.
