El Presidente de la República, oído el concepto del Comité Nacional para la Prevención y Atención de Desastres, decretará que ha cesado la situación de desastre y que ha retornado la normalidad. Sin embargo podrá en el mismo decreto que continuará aplicándose, total o parcialmente las mismas normas especiales de que trata el artículo anterior, durante la ejecución de las tareas de rehabilitación, reconstrucción y desarrollo.
