El Ministerio de Agricultura y Desarrollo Rural otorgará los subsidios familiares de vivienda de interés social rural y prioritario rural de que trata la Ley 3ª de 1991 y los que se otorguen con ocasión de la implementación del Plan Nacional de Construcción y Mejoramiento de Vivienda Social Rural para las soluciones de vivienda ubicadas en zona rural, de conformidad con lo establecido en los planes de ordenamiento territorial.
