ARTICULO 244. Contribución al Fondo Asistencial de Pensionados del Ministerio de Defensa. Los Oficiales y Suboficiales o sus beneficiarios en goce de pensión pagadera por el Tesoro Público, contribuirán con un cinco por ciento (5%) del valor de la pensión, con destino al Fondo Asistencial de Pensionados del Ministerio de Defensa.
