º. Distribución del cupo de exportaciones . El cupo mencionado en el artículo anterior será asignado anualmente por el Ministerio de Ambiente, Vivienda y Desarrollo Territorial, teniendo en cuenta los cupos de exportación autorizados para cada tipo de sustancia y para cada año.
