Las estaciones de telecomunicaciones que al momento de la expedición de esta norma, utilicen las frecuencias del servicio fijo y móvil aeronáutico, contarán con un plazo de seis (6) meses para cumplir con lo dispuesto en el presente decreto y demás disposiciones vigentes.
