Los empleados del Servicio Nacional de Aprendizaje, SENA, que a 31 de diciembre de 1988 fueron incorporados a la nueva planta de personal, aprobada por el Decreto número 2527 de 1988, y que no hubieren tomado posesión del nuevo empleo, tendrán derecho a partir del 1º de enero de 1989, a la remuneración mensual que venían percibiendo en virtud del Decreto-ley 112 de 1988, incrementada en veinticinco por ciento (25%).
