Los, cargamentos de azúcar con destino a la exportación solo podrán almacenarse en bodegas oficiales. Al presentarse el manifiesto de exportación la Aduana tomará muestra del cargamento para practicar un examen merciólogo a fin de establecer si el producto reúne las características de azúcar para exportación. Solo cuando el dictamen que al efecto produzca la Aduana fuere favorable, podrá autorizarse el embarque.
