Igualmente, el Comando General de las Fuerzas Militares podrá vender las armas, municiones de defensa personal, deportivas y de cacería decomisadas. El producto de estas ventas ingresará a una cuenta especial del Comando General de las Fuerzas Militares y se destinará al mantenimiento y reparación de polígonos, depósitos de armamento y gastos propios del mismo Comando.
