El Instituto de Mercadeo Agropecuario IDEMA, con las cantidades de azúcar que le vendan los ingenios, deberá atender preferentemente aquellos sectores del país en los cuales se presenten dificultades de abastecimiento, bien por razones de su localización o por factores anormales que incidan en el mercado regional.
