Articulo 83 . Contra las resoluciones que impongan sanciones por violación de las normas que regulan el juego de apuestas permanentes, proceden los recursos de reposición, ante la autoridad que expida el acto, y de apelación ante la junta de la beneficencia, la junta de la lotería respectiva en su caso o al Ministro de Salud cuando se trate de providencias proferidas por el Jefe del Servicio Seccional de Salud correspondiente, dentro de los cinco (5) días hábiles siguientes a su notificación, conforme al Decreto 001 de 1984. Los recursos deberán interponerse y sustentarse por escrito.
