El Gobierno del Departamento en donde se halle establecido un Banco ó Sección hipotecaria, podrá contratar con dicha entidad bancaria la administración del impuesto predial, abonándolo hasta un diez por ciento (10 por 100) de comisión por su cobro, arreglo y revisión de los catastros.
