Quedó prohibida la venta de específicos y el ejercicio de la odontología en cualquiera de sus ramas, en las calles, plazas y lugares públicos. Las autoridades de policía velarán por el fiel cumplimiento de esta disposición y castigarán con multas, de cincuenta a cien pesos a los infractores de ellas, multas que serán convertibles en arresto.
