Autorizase al Gobierno para que por conducto de la Dirección General de Lazaretos y de acuerdo con los principios consagrados en esta Ley, proceda a darles a las leproserías la organización que estime más conveniente, desde los puntos de vista relativos al aislamiento, administración y

tratamientos, teniendo en cuenta los sistemas más modernos y que mejores resultados hayan dado.
