Artículo décimo. Como organismo auxiliar del Ministerio para el examen y coordinación de la política agropecuaria nacional, se crea el Consejo Nacional Agropecuario, integrado en la siguiente forma 1° El Ministro de Agricultura, quien lo presidirá; 2° El Gerente de la Caja de Crédito Agrario, Industrial y Minero; 3° El Presidente de la Sociedad de Agricultores de Colombia: 4° El Gerente de la Federación Nacional de Cafeteros; 5° Un representante de las Asociaciones Ganaderas; 6° E1 Gerente del Instituto Nacional de Abastecimientos.

Parágrafo

El Consejo se reunirá ordinariamente dos veces al año. en la fecha que señale el Ministro de Agricultura, y también en reunión extraordinaria por convocatoria del mismo o solicitud de tres miembros del Consejo.
