° Inmediatamente después del envase se procederá a la pasteurización a la temperatura mínima de 65 grados centígrados, por espacio de 30 minutos mínimo.

Parágrafo

Mientras las bebidas fermentadas, una vez envasaads y pasteurizadas, permanezcan en las fábricas, deben ser conservadas en cámaras frías.
