En el trámite de las concesiones de aguas que se expidan a virtud de este Decreto se tendrán en cuenta las disposiciones del Título II, Libro II, del Código Civil, y en especial aquellas que se refieren a la servidumbre de acueducto, para el efecto de determinar la ruta y características de la derivación.
