ARTICULO 469 . Investigación oficiosa de la Cámara de Representantes . La Cámara de Representantes, en ejercicio de la función acusadora prevista por el artículo 178, numerales 3 y 4 de la Constitución Nacional, puede investigar por sí o por medio de una comisión de su seno, para los efectos de acusar o abstenerse de hacerlo, los delitos y la conducta oficial de los servidores públicos respectivos.
