Las penas señaladas en el artículo anterior se aumentarán hasta en la mitad en los casos siguientes: 1° Si los actos allí previstos se ejecutaren de manera habitual. 2° Si el responsable tuviere cualquier carácter, posición u cargo que le dé particular autoridad sobre la víctima o la impulse a depositar en él su confianza. 3° Si el responsable empleare para obtener su propósito la violencia física o moral, maniobras engañosas o supercherías de cualquier género.
