Viajes ocasionales . Las empresas de servicios especiales podrán efectuar viajes ocasionales de transporte en un radio de acción diferente al autorizado, previa expedición de una planilla de viaje y en ningún caso el vehículo que preste este servicio ocasional podrá tener más de diez (10) años de antigüedad. La planilla de viaje ocasional será reglamentada y expedida por el Ministerio de Transporte. Para los efectos aquí previstos entiéndese por viaje ocasional el que excepcionalmente autoriza el Ministerio de Transporte a un vehículo de transporte especial con sujeción a un contrato de inmediata ejecución por el precio que libremente determinen las partes.
