Artículo sexto. Vencidos 10 días a partir de la fecha de la consignación de que trata el artículo anterior sin que se realice el correspondiente giro en moneda extranjera, el Banco Comercial reintegrará a la Tesorería General de la República los fondos consignados. Si el giro se realiza por menor valor al de la licencia de cambio el Banco Comercial deberá reembolsar la diferencia, a razón de $4.50 por cada dólar no girado.
