Artículo veinticuatro . El Ministerio de Higiene ordenará periódicamente emisiones de "Sellos de Garantía " y "Estampillas de Sanidad" con las denominaciones autorizadas en el Decreto Legislativo número 0690 de 1950, y en la cantidad necesaria para hacer efectivas las tasas establecidas en él. Estas especies, con las características señaladas en el propio Decreto 0690 de 1950, tendrán la forma de un rectángulo y el tamaño, color y señales que designe el mencionado Ministerio.
