La organización de este sorteo de lotería estará a cargo de la Junta compuesta por el Gobernador del Departamento de Boyacá o la persona que éste designe en su reemplazo, el Personero Municipal y un miembro elegido por el Consejo Municipal de Chiquinquirá, el presidente del club Rotario de la ciudad y el Párroco de Chiquinquirá. Esta Junta queda autorizada para delegar o contratar con cualquiera otra entidad la verificación del sorteo que se denominará: " sorteo de Chiquinquirá" .
