El Gobierno adquirirá la propiedad de la obra científica y política del doctor Jorge Eliécer Gaitán, con el fin de publicarla para ser repartida por conducto del Ministerio de Educación Nacional, y para este efecto se eleva hasta la suma de sesenta mil pesos ($ 60.000).

Los derechos de autor serán reconocidos y pagados a los herederos en forma legal.
