Tendrán derecho a la expedición de Pasaporte Diplomático: Los Consejeros de Estado; Los Magistrados de la Corte Suprema de Justicia; Los Magistrados de la Corte Constitucional, y Los Magistrados del Consejo Superior de la Judicatura. El Gerente General y los ex gerentes Generales de la Federación Nacional de Cafeteros de Colombia. El Director General del Consejo Colombiano de Cooperación en el Pacífico-Colpecc.".
