Art. 6º El empleado que expida un pasaporte lo registrará en libro especial, que dividirá en cinco columnas: la primera, para el número y fecha del pasaporte; la segunda, para el nombre y grado o clase del pasaportado; la tercera, para el lugar á donde debe ir éste y la distancia oficial; la cuarta, para la liquidación circunstanciada y la cita de la orden del Ministerio de Guerra; y la quinta, para anotar el valor del pasaporte. Cada partida de registro será suscrita por el que da el pasaporte y por el que lo recibe.
