LEGISLACIÓN ANTERIOR

ARTÍCULO 20. El subsidio sólo se reconocerá a los trabajadores cuya remuneración total no exceda de mil quinientos pesos ($ 1.500.oo) por mes, en ciudades de más de cien mil habitantes. En el resto de l país se reconocerá a los trabajadores que devenguen hasta mil pesos ($ 1.000.00) mensuales. Para determinar estos límites sólo se computarán los ingresos que constituyan salario, y no se tendrá en cuenta respecto de agentes viajeros, lo que se les pague por alojamiento y manutención.
