Ley 1 de 1976 · LEY 1 DE 1976, 19/01/1976, por la cual se establece el divorcio en el matrimonio civil, se regulan la separación de cuerpos y de bienes en el matrimonio civil y en el canónico, y se modifican algunas disposiciones de los Códigos Civil y de Procedimiento Civil en materia de Derecho de Familia.

El numeral 2 del artículo 414 del Código de Procedimiento Civil quedará así:
Artículo 414. Asuntos sujetos a su trámite. Se tramitarán y decidirán en proceso abreviado los siguientes asuntos, cualquiera que sea su cuantía: 2º. Divorcio del matrimonio civil y separación judicial de cuerpos de los matrimonios civil y canónico, salvo cuando ésta se solicite por mutuo acuerdo de las partes.
