ARTICULO 263. Inasistencia alimentaría. El que se substraiga sin justa causa a la prestación de alimentos legalmente debidos a sus ascendientes, descendientes, adoptante o adoptivo o cónyuge, incurrirá en arresto de seis (6) meses a tres (3) años y multa de un mil a cien mil pesos. (Cuando se trate de un parentesco natural de consanguinidad, la acción penal se limitará a padres e hijos.)
