La acción de extinción se sujetará exclusivamente a las disposiciones de la presente ley y, sólo para llenar sus vacíos, se aplicarán las reglas del Código de Procedimiento Civil, en su orden. En ningún caso podrá alegarse prejudicialidad para impedir que se profiera sentencia, ni exigirse la acumulación de procesos.
