El Instituto podrá, en cualquier tiempo, con los requisitos que se exigen para conceder la delegación, reasumir la función o funciones delegadas, salvo que entre él y la entidad delegataria hubieren mediado estipulaciones contractuales, caso en el cual se estará a lo dispuesto en el contrato respectivo.
