Garantía de Constitución de la Sociedad Portuaria y de Construcción de las Obras Anunciadas. Por medio de la cual el solicitante de una concesión portuaria le garantiza a la Nación a través de la Superintendencia General de Puertos la seriedad de su propuesta en el sentido de que constituirá la sociedad portuaria y construirá las obras anunciadas en su solicitud, una vez le sea otorgada la concesión, en los términos de la resolución de aprobación de la misma.
