Para conmemorar esta efemérides el Gobierno Nacional asignará en el Presupuesto Nacional, para las vigencias fiscales para 1994 y sucesivas, las partidas necesarias para que en modalidad de cofinanciación, el Municipio de Samaná ejecute directamente la construcción, ampliación, remodelación y/o dotación de las siguientes obras:

a)

Hospital San José;

b)

Ancianato el Edén;

c)

Polideportivo;

d)

Instituto Integrado San Agustín;

e)

Acueducto y alcantarillado.
