La prenda agraria que se constituya para garantizar los préstamos a que se refiere la Ley 5 de 1973, gozará de los privilegios establecidos por las disposiciones vigentes para la prenda agraria a favor de la Caja de Crédito Agrario, Industrial y Minero, especialmente las contempladas en la Ley 57 de 1931, artículo 55; Ley 33 de 1933, artículo 18; Ley 16 de 1936, artículo 28, y Ley 33 de 1971, artículo 8.
