ARTICULO 221 . Cuantía para recurrir . Cuando el recurso de casación tenga por objeto únicamente lo referente a la indemnización de perjuicios decretados en la sentencia condenatoria, deberá tener como fundamento las causales y la cuantía para recurrir establecidas en las normas que regulan la casación civil, sin consideración a la pena que corresponde al delito o delitos.
