Modifíquese El Parágrafo 2° Del Artículo 2

Decreto 1533 de 2019 · por el cual se modifican algunas disposiciones del Decreto 1077 de 2015 en relación con la asignación del Subsidio Familiar de Vivienda y se dictan otras disposiciones.

Modifíquese el

Parágrafo 2

del artículo 2.2.6.7.1.2.4 del Decreto 1077 de 2015, el cual quedará así: “

Parágrafo 2

° . El avalúo debe estar a cargo de un avaluador inscrito en el Registro Abierto de Avaluadores (RAA) de conformidad con lo establecido en la Ley 1673 de 2013, o la norma que la adicione, modifique o sustituya. La remuneración de los avaluadores y de los costos del avalúo debe ser cubierta por la sociedad fiduciaria con cargo a los recursos del fideicomiso”.
