Impulso de la movilidad educativa y formativa para el fortalecimiento de la Educación para el Trabajo y Desarrollo Humano (ETDH) . El Ministerio de Educación Nacional avanzará en el fortalecimiento de una estrategia de movilidad educativa y formativa, que permita a las personas que hayan cursado y aprobado programas de Educación para el Trabajo y Desarrollo Humano (ETDH) continuar su proceso formativo en las Instituciones de Educación Superior, respetando el principio constitucional de autonomía universitaria.
