Article 87

La Persona Retirada Con Derecho A Pensión De Jubilación No Podrá Ser Reintegrada Al Sistema Nacional De Salud, Excepto Cuando Se Trate De Ocupar Las Posiciones De: A) Ministro De Salud Pública; B) Viceministro O Secretario General Del Ministerio De Salud Pública; C) Presidente, Gerente O Director De Los Establecimientos Públicos Adscritos A Ministerio; D) Jefe De Servicio Seccional De Salud; E) Consejero O Asesor; F) Los Demás Que Por Necesidades Del Servicio Determine El Gobierno, Siempre Que No Sobrepase La Edad De Los Sesenta Y Cinco (65) Años

La persona retirada con derecho a pensión de jubilación no podrá ser reintegrada al Sistema Nacional de Salud, excepto cuando se trate de ocupar las posiciones de

a)

Ministro de Salud pública;

b)

Viceministro o Secretario General del Ministerio de Salud Pública;

c)

Presidente, Gerente o Director de los Establecimientos Públicos adscritos a Ministerio;

d)

Jefe de Servicio Seccional de Salud;

e)

Consejero o Asesor;

f)

Los demás que por necesidades del servicio determine el Gobierno, siempre que no sobrepase la edad de los sesenta y cinco (65) años. capítulo iv De la destitución.
