Temporalmente, la Secretaría Técnica del Consejo Superior de Vivienda previsto en la Ley 546 de 1999 será ejercida conjuntamente por los Ministros de Hacienda y Crédito Público y de Desarrollo Económico, quienes se encargarán de calcular y divulgar el valor diario de la Unidad de Valor Real conforme al artículo 6 de la misma ley.
