Las causales de vacancia definitiva establecidas en el artículo 13 del presente decreto, se aplicarán a los delegados a los consejos departamentales de juventud. Cuando se produzca vacancia definitiva, ésta será cubierta por un delegado del Consejo Municipal de Juventud del cual hacía parte el joven que deja la representación. El nuevo consejero, sólo podrá ejercer por el tiempo que faltare para culminar el período del respectivo Consejo de Juventud. CAPITULO IV Consejo Nacional de Juventud
