Los funcionarios y empleados que sean designados para desempeñar alguno de los cargos de que trata el presente Decreto tendrán derecho a la prima de antigüedad, que se reconocerá y pagará de conformidad con las disposiciones que regulan la materia en la Rama Judicial.
