Ratificase en todas sus partes la cesión hecha al Municipio de Buenaventura por la Ley 98 de 1922 y Resolución número 36 de 1930, del entonces Ministerio de Industrias, sobre los terrenos comprendidos dentro de la Isla denominada "Cascajal", con los limites allí expresados. El Gobierno procederá a otorgar el correspondiente titulo traslaticio de dominio a favor del Municipio de Buenaventura, verificando en dicho instrumento las reservas ordenadas en la Ley 98 de 1922 .
