Podrá otorgarse permiso para el estudio de los bosques naturales y de la flora silvestre cuyo propósito sea proyectar obras o trabajos para su futuro aprovechamiento. El interesado en obtener permiso de estudio deberá presentar ante la Corporación competente una solicitud que contenga

Nombre del solicitante;

Ubicación del predio, jurisdicción, linderos y superficie;

Objeto del estudio;

Tiempo requerido para el estudio y cronograma de actividades.
