Mientras una asociación gremial agropecuaria tenga suspendida su personería jurídica, los administradores o representantes no podrán celebrar ni ejecutar operaciones en nombre de ella, salvo las que sean necesarias para la conservación del patrimonio social. En consecuencia, la contravención a la presente norma los hará solidariamente responsables de los perjuicios que se ocasione a la entidad y/o a terceros. CAPITULOIX. De la disolución liquidación.
